Commerja-X Corporation has entered into a Joint Venture agreement with Kaiso Energy Service Ltd., a Trinidad and Tobago company, strengthening its presence in the Caribbean energy and industrial-services sector.
The collaboration combines the business-development capabilities and international network of Commerja-X with the local market knowledge and energy-sector expertise of Kaiso Energy Service Ltd.
Focus on Energy, Marine and Logistics
The Joint Venture is intended to identify and develop commercial opportunities in Trinidad and Tobago and the wider Caribbean. The companies will place particular emphasis on the energy, petroleum, marine, logistics and related service industries.
Trinidad and Tobago remains one of the Caribbean's most established energy markets, with extensive infrastructure and experience across oil, natural gas, petrochemicals and supporting industrial services.
Building Regional Partnerships
For Commerja-X, the agreement is another step in its strategy of developing relationships with qualified regional companies that can support larger international commercial opportunities.
